The distribution is itself worth noticing. The two approved compounds account for large randomised trials with participant counts in the thousands; the two unapproved ones account for early pharmacology studies, animal work and narrative reviews. That imbalance is not an artefact of how this site was assembled. It is the shape of the literature.
